Module overview and objectives
This module describes the ‘process model’ in detail. The process model is also commonly referred to as a swim lane diagram; it is essentially a flow chart that demonstrates the:
- Flow of tasks in a process.
- The roles (or ‘actors’ that carry out the tasks).
- The decisions that are taken at various points in the process.
Note particularly the following terms specified in the syllabus:
