  • Modelling and assessment of current and future state operating models.
  • Partnering with project management and programme / project office to realise change programmes.

  • Partnering with business analysts and agile development teams to realise the 'big picture' in project developments
  • Experienced with business change programmes and at using information systems to enable change.
  • Strong backgrounds in business analysis, including problem analysis and the identification of solution options
  • Capture and modelling aspects of the business such as strategy and goals, business operating models, processes, information, business rules, organisation and services.
  • Effective and experienced mentors and coaches able to transfer skills to others.
  • Familiar with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
